Bike of the Month: JULY/AUGUST 2020

Our July and August Bike of the month winner Christian Chamorro out of Nicaragua was our first submission for our Bike of the Month; submitting not one, but two top of the line builds.

With these builds, Christian didn’t spare any expense with not only aesthetics but performance as well. In result, he created pieces of art that he enjoys ripping around his own personal track.  As you can tell by what looks like the most expensive Walmart receipt in history that is below, each of these bikes have been meticulously put together with a purpose and a vision. “I pay very close attention to detail when it comes to my builds. All of the bolts of my bikes are titanium, even the hour meter bolts, and I’ve taken time to not only make a bike look good, but also sound crisp and perform well on the track” Chamorro says.

We asked Christian if he had a story behind these bikes and he would go on to say “I bought the 2017 CRF450R at Gables Motorsports in Fl, and originally never thought on going so far on these builds. With the 450 build I learned a whole lot about maintenance, special tools, coatings, discovered Motostuff, and then I bought the ’18 250R did the exact same thing and loved it. I made a super nice build with my bikes!”

Christian was looking to build a pair of factory level bikes… We think he did a great job and smashed his goal especially since this is his first go-around at building project bikes. Take a peek below to see how Christian's vision came to life.
