Please Note! A bracket is included with all MOTO STUFF Brake kits, so these are for use as replacements if you somehow damage one or have a compatible 260mm, 270mm or 280mm rotor from another manufacturer.
Beware that you can not use the 2004-2014 bracket on the 2015 - 2021 models as it will position the caliper 5mm too far out and could lead to a situation where you have no brakes!
NOTE! To run 2004-2014 forks on 2015-2021 bikes using the stock 2015-2020 260mm rotor, use the 260mm adapter bracket.

Here's a rough explanation of what to expect with the different lines-
Keep in mind, a super-responsive lever takes some getting used to, you wouldn't want to install one the night before a race! Try and get several practices in on it so you can become accustomed to the power & response before race mode!
MOTO STUFF Pro-Lite lines can handle pressures up to 3000 psi at maximum brake fluid temps while remaining robust and flexible. With only a 2mm bore diameter, MOTO STUFF Pro-Lite lines offer a reduction of hose surface area of up to 60% compared to common -03 aftermarket braided brake lines and almost an 80% reduction when compared to stock brake lines!
The small-bore in our Pro lines is important as it greatly reduces the amount of surface area of hose material (up to 80%!) and eliminates the spongy/soft feel at the brake lever or pedal that larger bore material exhibits due to expanding under high pressure and high temps.
MOTO STUFF Pro-Lite lines are constructed of smooth-bore high-pressure hose designed for high pressure and high impulse severe duty applications. It maintains excellent flexibility due to the superior tension controlled single layer small wire diameter plaited braid design.
All MOTO STUFF Pro-Lite lines are factory-made with permanently attached (crimped) fittings and pressure tested for ultimate reliability and safety.
This brake line material was developed for and is used extensively in Formula 1 for braking, suspension, and gearbox hydraulics and in WRC Rally and touring cars for braking and power steering applications and by top AMA SX and MX teams for braking.
End fittings are stainless steel crimped and fully adjustable on the bike!

The polished stainless steel banjo fittings are adjustable for precise fitment! Each line also comes with Stainless steel Banjo Bolts and a new set of copper sealing washers.
Upgrading to a stainless line will improve brake lever feel by reducing line expansion, especially on bikes with stock rubber lines that are more than 6 months old (around 20-30 hours of use) year old which will begin to flex and balloon when the brakes are applied. Also, the smaller inside diameter of our lines reduces the volume of fluid being compressed so the response is quicker.
Our lines are made using 2.5mm tubing vs the 3mm tubing most common aftermarket braided lines are made of. Our lines also feature a longer protective sheathing that makes them compatible with the Cycra Stadium plates. With most other lines the sheathing will catch the Cycra cable guide and bind. Our lines also utilize compression bonded sheathing to ensure that the sheathing does not slide on the line which can lead to dangerous rotor contact.
The patented adjustable banjo fittings eliminate binding issues and excessive rubbing /abrasion. (easily adjusted using pliers to grip and rotate the line at the crimp joint area) Kit includes 1 line, a set of 4 new crush washers and 2 stainless steel banjo bolts.

If your sprocket bolts become loose, they must be replaced! Sprocket bolts become loose only under extreme stress, an indication that either they were installed improperly or there is a problem with the driveline. Check the driveline for bent chain guides, bad wheel alignment, damaged mounting holes on the hub, etc. Properly tightened sprocket bolts on properly functioning drive lines will remain tight indefinitely.

KIT INCLUDES
The biggest advantage of moving to a larger front disc is that it significantly improves control (modulation). The increased diameter reduces the on/off light switch feel of smaller brakes and allows the rider to apply more brake force at the edge without locking up the wheel.
Plus we use a more expensive 410 stainless alloy that provides 3-4 times longer life and consistent linear performance under high heat loads. The stock rotors and all other aftermarket rotors are made of common 420 stainless. And our single piece Blade design is the lightest oversized kit available and is 30-50% lighter than other kits available.
Lastly, the popular floating design found on many current MX bikes was originally developed for road racing bikes where you have a 400-500 lb bike, and high traction (pavement) which makes it possible to generate extreme amounts of heat very quickly. So to keep the rotor from warping under those conditions, the floating rivets allow the swept area of the rotor to expand and contract in diameter without warping. Plus road bikes have fixed calipers, so some float in the rotor is needed to allow for any mild warping or impact damage from road debris, etc. We feel that floating rotor technology is misplaced on an MX bike as dirt, sand and water accumulate in the rivet surfaces causing rapid wear and play. This play is felt by the rider as inconsistent engagement in the brake system and you can often hear the metallic clicking under brake load when riding. All modern MX bikes have floating calipers designed to allow for .030" to .050" of rotor runout from impact damage without causing pulsing at the lever. There are a few top teams that use floating designs, but you'll also see the brake company at the races inspecting and replacing rivets and carriers when play develops. This requires some very expensive hydraulic press tools that are not available to the general public. GEICO HONDA has been using our Blade brakes for over 10 years.

In the title hunt? Keep a spare rotor handy! You never know when some Yamaha rider might broadside you and mess up your rotor! We make these rotors in this spec exclusively for Team HONDA and now that the 2015's come with a 260, this rotor makes a great upgrade or replacement in stock configuration. The 260mm Blade is made in much smaller quantities and they also have a radiused bevel edge machined on the outer diameter to prevent impacts from small rocks etc from affecting brake performance. This is an HRC requirement for Team Honda. It's an expensive process and we don't do it on our standard rotors. We've never heard of a customer having an issue from a rock impact, but Honda wants it on their rotors, so we do it! Main reason they use smaller diameter in SX is due to the higher risk of the rotor being damaged from contact with other riders. The CRF STUFF Blade (260, 270mm & 280mm) is made using materials and processes developed with input from Mike Larocco, Kevin Windham and Trey Canard. The Blade system is not grabby like some oversize brakes, they are very linear and easy to modulate for consistent performance.
